Peace in Promise provides digital tools, community forums, biblical counseling resources, and conflict resolution assessments to assist married couples. Disclaimer: The platform is designed for educational and pastoral support. It does not replace professional clinical therapy, emergency services, or medical advice.
3. User Accounts and Privacy
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and setting up device passcodes if utilizing shared devices.
- You agree to interact respectfully in the Community Forums. Abuse, harassment, or non-biblical hostility will result in account suspension or removal.
4. Subscription and Ministry Support
Our core features are provided free of charge. Users may opt to financially partner with the ministry via one-time gifts or recurring monthly/yearly sponsorships to unlock premium access (such as Counselor Chats and Live Sessions). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
5. Confidentiality
Conversations held within the "Challenges" (Counselor Chat) section are strictly confidential between you, your linked spouse (if shared), and the assigned platform counselors. System administrators may only access anonymized data for platform improvement unless intervention is requested.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
